Open Summon Lord → Character → Menu → Settings → Delete account and read the confirmation carefully. When the device is online, the app deletes your account, progress and ranking data from the server and this device immediately. If the device is offline, the app can only remove local data; email us to request server deletion.
If you have already removed the app or cannot access it, email us with your nickname and the email linked to the game, if any. Do not send your password. We may ask you to verify ownership. Requests are processed within 7 days.
